Michael Mosher is a Certified ASE L1 Master Technician
and has completed a number of Hybrid Vehicle Technical Training classes covering
most all Hybrid models on the road today.
Both Mike and myself were searching everywhere for a
quick and easy manual to follow with step by step procedures as to how to shut
down the new Hybrid Vehicle's High Voltage systems. As you know there are
thousands of them out there now and many more on the way over the next couple
years.
The problem we were running up against was that the
only manuals we could find were the Manufacturer's emergency response guides
which many of you know are 22 to 30+ pages long. There just wasn't anything out
there, anywhere that we could find.
So after tons of in depth research over the past 6
months of carefully combing thru thousands of pages of Mfg's Emergency Response
Guides we completed and released what we feel is a very easy to follow, step by
step Hybrid Vehicle quick shut down field guide in 3 booklet sizes for use by
all First Responders, Fire, Rescue, Police, Towing & Recovery Operators.
Everyone who obtains our guides will find that they are
indeed step by step field guides enabling you to quickly accomplish your mission
and stay safe during the process.
Also, we are hoping that all *911 Operator Stations
display our new *911 Operator Hybrid Accident Awareness Q cards as a way to
remind themselves to notify First Responders on route to MVAs of Hybrid Vehicle
Yr., Make, Model info, so that First Responders will be well informed prior to
arriving at MVA involving a Hybrid Vehicle containing High Voltage Systems.
We are happy to announce that the 1st Edition of our
